I fixed the scaling and reüploaded it. No offense to the originators but it's been broken for three years, I assume they won't mind the fix.

Shitty glitched asset, dont use it

Glitched. Appears halfway across roads.

It is beautifully designed, but as you already know when it builds, it goes into the street. I tried the move it mod, but then it despawns and gets rebuild as the default build on top of the street. Unfortunately I'll have to unsubscribe since the problem isn't fixed.

I echo gardenstater - a beautiful model, but it's like playing and endless game of Whack-a-Mole! It grows frequently, and to constantly push back the lot is like pulling weeds. I've unsubscribed because the beauty-frustration ration is too unbalanced. Thanks, but no thanks.

I understand that you only commission these, but is it possible to reach out to the artist and ask them to make a tiny tweak and give the asset a bigger footprint? The asset looks amazing, I'm thankful for the work that the artist put in to make it and appreciative to you for allowing it to be shared with the community. That said, I can't use Move It to push the building back because other buildings grow outside of the singe square the asset occupies. Still, thanks for sharing these assets with the community.

I love the building, but I don't recommend anyone using it in a building theme. You'll spend too much time either bulldozing or fixing the position
