The paintable sleeves are a fine touch, but imo the cream spirit looks the best.

I didn't say the current verision is bad, in fact it's great! The orange compensates well for the lack of grenades. I just said that IF the top part was paintable it would be easy to make a loadout with bad team recognition. Slap on the right pants and arm miscs and It would be nightmare having to squint to be able to see their upper arm colour without being blinded by the big blob of lime paint on their upper torso.

This has the exact same amount of team colouring as the default Demoman. I'd wish you would at least check that before commenting something like so.

Actually it has more team colouring, with the team yellow sections where on the default demo is plain grey.

Team recognition is having both teams be easily recognisable by their colour, so making the red and orange parts of demo less visible messes with gameplay. The teams also have different shades for their details; red has orange and blu has yellow. So imagine seing a demo from above and the majour colour you see on him is white or some other non team-related paint. It would be annoying not knowing if he's on your team or not.
