A LOT of effort goes into creating quality chase vehicles, so to answer your question more brief, I will not be building new chase vehicles with the sole intent to release on the Workshop. Check back in a few months when I'll probably have another batch ready to roll out. I'm finally getting to the bottom of my list of old chasers to release.
@Holy_Water For chase vehicles, I typically release things that I made for myself but no longer actively use. Normally vehicles that don't live up to my own standards as my PAC3 skills progress.
