I would love this so much, it looks so much like Quote's scarf in Cave Story and I've always wanted to desgin my Scout around him.

But ☭сексу.Crallium™ has the right idea too.

This reminds me of Ryuuko's scarf in that one Kill la Kill episode.

I would love to see some contemporary-japanese hero items to go with this, if only to make more sense.
