Plug you gonna elaborate why the chocolate ball model is called that

how to spawn it in: look at the left of the spawnmenu and scroll down, open the addons folder and find click the folder that matches the name of this addon

this happens for every addon, meaning if you go to the other addons you will see all the props/effects that are inside of that addon

so if youre confused about model packs that dont automatically make a spawnlist folder for you to find it, this should be your way
