Love this. But sometimes it's a little overwhelming with the black-point being overly dark. A light version of this one would be epic.

One thing left is to figure out how to affect dust storm and fog with dark or light... so it won't be a light source at night

Just tuned the map to be 10% brighter and now I can see in shadows while dark nights, so it's more balanced now (could be done with reshade/freestyle but it could affect night shadows). Thanks for your mod and idea how to finally make game look as we dream!

Forgot to tell that lanterns finally are useful and work perfect with this mod (compare to DN+++)!

I did test your other variants.. well brown one changes all colors so the Darker Shadows(this page) is the best for me cause it keeps original texture colors (like darker nights+++ but better contrast and does not make light sources dim means more realistic). But I think the light version for this(without brown coloring if that will be added) will be good for most people (like darker nights ++ over DN+++)

Best graphical mod!
Combined with Nvidia Freestyle (reshade ish) to tune sharpness and bright screen space lightning makes the game look like unreal engine 4!

This mod is awesome, I didn't know you could edit the shadows like that, I've been using night exposure with a high value to have darker nights but the result isn't that good as this mod does, thank you so much for this
