So I know you're on hiatus but I'm gonna need you to upload a new version of this for me that I can send you (it adds proper Francis / Zoey light models instead of the workaround I did and Bill's corpse is a dead USS soldier instead of being gone - since that was crashing the game if you minimized).

I thought since I was a contributor I could do it but it won't let me.

if it was a l4d1 character to a l4d2 survivor (or the other way around) then thats why. I don't know why but its one or the problems with hexxing characters, if you do a l4d2 survivor for another l4d2 survivor it should be fine

I did it many times too for edits of survivor mods that my friend NEEDLEZKANE made

for l4d1 survivors it's
survivor_namvet
survivor_teenangst
survivor_biker
survivor_manager
so yeah after that you rename the character to whoever you want them to be, after that go into vpk.exe and drag the folder there, put the mod in the addons folder and you're done! only thing is the vgui but i forgot what the file names for those were

after that go into the models folder and head into the survivors folder, after that rename any character that you want into someone else's model name (NOTE, UNLESS THEY HAVE BILL ANIMATIONS THE CHARACTER'S ANIMATIONS MAY NOT WORK ONLINE) which for l4d2 are
survivor_gamblr (or gambler I forgot)
survivor_coach
survivor_mechanic
survivor_producer

hey, it's actually super simple to do but (for example, doing a l4d2 survivor hex for a l4d1 character will be a bit more complicated as you have to rerig the character to match the l4d2 bones or some ♥♥♥♥ i think idk)
anyways all you gotta do is get vpk.exe, drag it to wherever you can find it easily, find this mod or another survivor mod's file, and unpack it somewhere on your pc.

@OUTLAWWZSCOPE there are lots of skins that I would like to port to other characters but I just dont know how nor have much free time to learn

Dang. I could have sworn I saw ppl saying it was a simple 5 min DIY task, since a lot of ppl make requests it would save time to just DIY. Thanks anyway.

@OUTLAWWZSCOPE porting characters to others is not a simple task and I don't know how to do that

Hey [T.Z] H.U.N.K. Is there an easy way to change which survivor slots the characters go into? For example, if I wanted to replace Nick with Rebecca instead of Wesker or something? Obviously since I have this pack I have their files. I just don't know how to port characters from one slot to another.
