lol thanks. It's inspired by the robot people of the "Saga" comic.

Thank you. I like the way the censorship perverts and enhances the premise of the game, and I like killing robots.

@Krull0r People have the strangest things they can be nostalgic about. But that's why I made this mod, after all :)
(That said, I personally fought to make sure they were NOT the default sound effects in the German version of the Remaster, because, as could be deduced from the fact these audio clips are all present in the Remaster files, they actually did that at first.)

Thank you very much for this mod :) I used to play C&C alot as children and with those sounds it was my first experience. Having them back in the remastered version sends me back in my old childhood mermories!

@Nyerguds yes, that's true.
The uncensored German Generals got removed from stores because of the Iraq war, which lead to the well known censored Generäle and Die Stunde Null.

@Fek'Leyr Targ Apparently there's an early release of German Generals going around that also wasn't censored. It's actually called "Generals" on the box, whereas the censored version was released as "Generäle".

@Valerie3k: "Red Alert 2" and "Renegade" were the only Westwood era C&C games which weren't censored in Germany.
The German Kane Edition of "Tiberium Wars" was also uncensored unlike the standard one.

@Valerie3k: Yes, as far as I know, pretty much all C&C games were censored in a similar way, up to C&C3 at least.

Did any other german versions of CnC games have German censored stuff. I know Generals got a separate release as "Generale".
