I believe that it's meant to be like tacticool/overly cool so that's why the animation is like that.
Even though its kind of not realistic it still has its own charm.

Wth's the animation hitting the bolt release on the INSIDE OF THE BOLT ON THE RIGHT SIDE? Not to rag on, but it seems like a kinda big mistake on the reload animation to me.
