controllable drums are crafted in the shipyard block

but the controllable drums have recipe? i not found

If you have remote controlled blocks like controllable drums, engines,... you can use this block to group them all together. The description really tells you all you need to know

how i use the mod? need rope to concect to the catch?

Added a new recipe for the workbench

OK, so it's made in "ShipYardConstruction" according to the mod files. May I suggest changing this to be crafted i the Crafting Table or smithy/forge along with other Mechanical Mills research. Doesn't make much sense to craft it in the shipyard bench, when the knowledge is in the Mechanical Mills research tree.
I had not yet learned Shipbuilding, and hence did not have that bench and was not able to craft this despite having the knowledge.

to see all the commands. Make sure medieval master is on to be able to use it

i just started plying again after about 4-5 years, so i dont remember all the commands to set the water level

Remember that you can lower the water level

not everyone wants to play with water core
