Been trying it out on the Gaul campaign! If I've got this right I understand the Balancing now. I'm in control so reigned back a little. I'm finding the cities tend to have more units than I expect and some better plus reinforcements Definitely keeping me focused danger everywhere, Great mod Thanks!

Player mod only to make it more difficulty for the Roman player as Rome is too easy-so play on very hard difficulty. If that is do much then do not use the mod.
