Can this work with vanilla trams?

mabye you could make modern tram sounds for the tramlink

I love this mod. I just miss a version of this for older trams models.

I have tried changing the "loop" value of "tram-door" from "true" to "false" in the file SoundEffects.xml. It is better. I really suggest the default value should be "false" not "true. The door should not open and close all the time (too many times), It should be open and close only once or twice in a station. I love this mod, thanks for such a real souldeffect, I recommend it to everyone.

Is it possible to add sounds to reskinned trams by myself?

I installed the soundpack (usa) as well as the tram addon but i dont see the option of changing the tram sound in game.

0xyl0n - #K0L3M Brody# i have different sound of tram for start, stop, run and for the bell which i made from various tram and train sounds, i like your engine sounds way more :D also somehow i could not add grinding and squealing sounds for some reason so i will see how have u dont it :)

You know what's funny? The old-timey dinging sounds from the original Trams are the exact same sounds used in "Roller Coaster Tycoon II"... nearly twenty years ago.
