So i found it in the browser, but i have no idea where to find it in mt gmod files, because the only sound folder i can find is empty

you can use wiremods sound browser to access the sounds

like mentioned, lifeforms on ground, just jump when the strike is about to occur and u wont take any damage, ulress ur real close to the strike
