Just straight up replace the players smg model with the grunts smg model

it would be great if there was a mod that made it so that you could two hand the smg like the grunts do

Energy orbs comes from the same "barrel" as normal projectiles. You just need a different ammunition that you don't find in HL:A

I never minded the extra collision. Kind of cool. If you stand still and put your non-dominant hand under it you can actually stabilize your aim for the most part. I do appreciate this addon for the alternative look though.

Pretty sure its to release heat, it visibly heats up when firing.

Can you do one where it replaces the SMG that you use with the rifle that the combine ordinal uses?

I think the "energy ball launcher" might have just been some kind of heatsink

i think the piece on the gun was just to show how the combine were slowly edging into the gun designs from hl2 and they made the gun look like that so people would recognise it. still would have been cool if we could use energy balls tho

I see no point of this mod really.... i think you should have done the reverse and made it so we could shot energy balls

really wish this feature made the cut though
