So. I've found the directory that you mentoned the mod was in. But what dp you do from there? I know for a fact you can't just delete the entire folder. And I'm not sure which files you need to delete.

To verify your game cache, right-click on AoE2HD on your Steam game list, go properties, local files, verify cache

I have trouble deinstalling the mod ( Not because I dont like it it laggs for me tho :/ ) Where do I find the game/data/slp and how do I Verify my game chache ( Sorry If it is obvouvious but I dont get it )

(2. Delete the mods archive file from your game\mods folder) Not necessary but helps to avoid bugs later.
3. Delete your game\data\slp folder
4. Verify your game cache
5. Wait until all data needed to reset the default is downloaded
6. Restart the game

The vanilla AOE2HD isn't really worthy of the HD in its name so this acutally does make it worthy

Well, it's better to unsuscribe and remove the old mods in the Age2HD/Mods directory, but if you're lazy it'll be okay, all the files will be overwritten anyway ^^

Yes it works. Just mods that change gam,eplay are relevant for mp.

If you subscribe to the Mod - will you be able to play multiplayer with friends who have Not subscribed to the mod (unlike torchlight 2)?

It's a hell of lot of work. Tomorrow v2 will come, had work a LOT on that today. It seems simple but gosh photo editing takes so much time and is so repetitive

AoEHD is HD like in 'it supports HD resolution'.
Beside that nothing is 'HD'. It the old 2D game AoE with the old graphics.

This mod 'just' changes some graphics - but it is neither 'essential' nor 'HD'.
It just makes your game looking different.

In case you don't like the default graphics - there are a ton of terrain/texture replacers available. Which one to choose depends on your taste. :)

I'm downloading AOEII hd for the first time, I've read that is not truly hd, why? Is your mod essential for hd?

It doesn't include Ozhara bushes, they can be dowloaded separately if you search for "berry bush enhancement" or something on the Workshop.

Rocks and such things only include his gold and stone mines, cliffs and rock (AoF) texture which simply all look great.
