To be honest if the design bothers you, I'm not the one to be blamed, just imagine how the cs 1.6 playermodels would look like in source engine and not in Goldsrc, and this is the result.

Like how @Hynie_Man said, indeed I went for the 1.6 style of the SAS , no helmet, black uniform and different gear. Unless you've been playing an modded CS 1.6 to not notice his design which has been re-created only with CS:S bases here, no offense intended though.
I haven't understood the " why does CTs have terrorists in their team " though.
