Alright, I set my setting back to recommended defaults and then maxed everything out again. Seems to have fixed the problem. Awesome HUD icons btw, looks way better than the L4D2 standard icons :)

All that I can say is that Texture detail should be set to high. What resolution are you running off of?

Is there a reason why mine looks so low quality? The icons are all jagged as if my graphic settings are on low (which they're not).

GenJoker the new pills is a more rectangle styled bottle the old one has a more old school pill bottle just look up pill bottles on google images or some crap and you will see.

The L4d2 version is just a dull rectangle. The original version has a handle on top and has an angle feel. The Classic pain pills are also more styled with a pill next to the bottle, compared to the L4D2's single bottle.
