You have the MILES sound system to thank for that. It's the format that worked for the most part, but poor documentation on the exact specs prevents reliable converstions. FFMPEG is more the capable of doing the coverstions from the fixed ogg vorbus files, it's just the target format which I have to experiment with.

None of the sound files are converted properly, so while occasionally you'll hear little snippets of speech, most of the time you just hear glitchy beeps and screeches, if anything. What few snippets of speech I CAN hear, though, are of the raw voice lines, and missing the distinctive flange effect that all turians have. It might be Garrus's lines, but they don't sound like Garrus at all.

Doesn't seem to be working quite right. Ran snd_rebuildaudiocache and snd_updateaudiocache; didn't help. Even with a vocalize menu the only sounds that I can tell are different are the death scream and the defib. And the defib sounds pitch-shifted, with artifacting. Are all the sounds actually included? Cause it seems odd that replacing the Tank music can be over 50MB while this is under 5MB.

I have a bit of a problem, whenever i play the replaced sounds, instead i can hear only noise, or noise after playing sound. This may be problem due to shitload of my mods, but if it's not, how can i fix it?

This doesn't work fully with me. I can get them to grunt when struck and say no but most of the lines are just normal. Is there anyway to fix this?

As cool as these are, very few work. and when they do the soundfiles are either cut off mid way or a screech comes through.
Also I heard very little. The only ones that worked for me were Yes, I'm With You, and Charger Warning. I didn't get any of the other ones.

Just confirmed that the sounds indeed work. I will see what I can do to make them much louder. I haven't been able to determine why they sound so quiet.

So far it has not worked. I've tried all the listed words and phrases it shows above and yet it stil is not showing garrus, Same thing for the Tali voice, There seems to be a bug.

There's an NPC voice controller, maybe if you used that you'd hear Garrus completely.
