Yeah I tried making my own mod "changed nothing but character creation stuff" and somehow it broke spawns of roaming parties.... lol

@Lone Star Ranger: Thanks for the kind words again, should always work unless character gen or gear is changed,. Aside from expanding the start equipment available to buy and adding a few extra points to build your toon nothing added or changed to lag or bug your playthrough.

This is the BEST Start mod it is also by far the ONLY ONE I have found that does not break random spawns "aside from zedulmate but that one adds so much stuff it lags a bit more "

ill have to test it out myself rn because its the only reason ive hated story mods breaking that part of the game ty

Shouldn't be an issue, predates story modding and only touches character generation, once in game does nothing.

I know this reply is a few years late but ANY STORY mod seems to BREAK Radio Spawns so no hordes , raiders , refugees or roaming traders so without a good mod the game ends pretty fast once you kill all bandits or assimilate them "bribed everyone with books XD and their leader just said welp might as well..."

I doubt it is anything I did as I only modified the points and options for available equipment at character creation, there is no or should be no impact on map generation or game play.

That aside thanks for the kind words and glad you enjoy it.

On the off chance that a recent patch did something I'll boot and look at the thing in game and give the chance to update, maybe that will help if not report it to dev.

When I get a radio it doesn't do anything to my map. I don't know if it is because of this start or another bug but maybe look into it. Otherwise great options for starting. Gives an easier start so you can get strait into you settlement!
