It's conflict to other mods i think, try reinstalling this addon by unsubscribing then subscribing.

the weapons keep flashing into resistance and none resistance it says Failed to find attachment point specified for particle effect anim event. Trying to spawn effect 'weapon_melee_blur' on attachment named 'attach_blur'

w_brushaxe model doesn't have physics or hitbox, perhaps a mistake? or is not implemented yet?
