Extract the addon file from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop" to GCFScape and open the media folder.

Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media" and replace the existing files from GCFScape to File Explorer. Open or re-open L4D2 and it should appear.

You need to go into the files to get the backgrounds. IMO the music does enough for me.

Didn't work for me! Music worked but background video didn't! I see you have a fix but I'm simple and un-subbing simply cause it made my game lag like hell upon load up and exiting.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but i must be doing something stupid. Download-check Copy/paste files into C:\.....\Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2-check still nothing

I was watching Shaun of The Dead with my son last night and when he breaks into the shed, if you look in the corner, there is Gnome Chompski! We found a few items throughout the movie that matched up with the game.
