i assume you mean load.
the car loads and works fine, i just tested it. most likely you have a mod active that is preventing the car from working. disable all mods you do not actively use when you want to play with workshop items.

the car charges less than half or half and the rest does not charge, why does that happen? (i have everything discharged)
