- If you go to share and look at the url, copy the series of numbers at the very end.
- Go to where the workshop downloads are stored for this particular game. For HL:A, I believe it's in your steam folder, located in steamapps\workshop\content\546560.
- Add the series of numbers to the end of the path. Ex: steamapps\workshop\content\546560\123456, and you'll find your addon.
- Using GCFscape, extract any folders within the main addon into your own addons folder.
If you go to download another workshop mod, the details should be listed out in a much simpler explanation. I'm afraid I tend to overcomplicate things. Hope this helped in some way, though!
