Happy to hear! It was based on a building in Boston but I can agree. DC and Baltimore have some great row house architecture.

this style reminded me so much of how a Washington, DC row house looks I just went buck wild with integration it into my builds. Can't build a city with out these.

If you are not subscribing to the props that are used in this building, you will get "missing asset" message but the building itself should work without any issue. I'm not sure the reason why you didn't get the same list of missing assets as Llandudno though.
