No complaints about the unit really. It's just that this one is a unit so it occupies a slot. Also it would be more thematic to Tehenhauin if he could summon the Wrath of Sotek as needed in battles instead of Sotek's avatar just following him and his army around like if it was a normal being.

If that is possible, I and many other people would be very grateful really.

I mean there is nothing forcing you to recruit the unit and the AI shouldn't be likely to field them either. Is there need for a whole other version of the mod?

I also agree with @Booby Big Potatoes, it doesn't make much sense for them to be recruitable units. But as summons it would be just perfect :D

I agree with Booby Big Potatoes. I'd love it if instead of treating it as a recruitable unit, the ultimate sacrifice unlocks a spell to summon a manifestation of Sotek for a while instead of a line damage spell.

Well I plan to replace his model with one of my own making at some point in the future. Animations are beyond me currently though so I'm stuck with these base game ones :/

Idk about anyone else but this unit takes serious damage from any attrition. Not just that, but for some reason it calculates the attrition damage immediately, so when i went to fight the tomb kings as Tehenuin with this thing in my army, the second i took some desert attrition the snake was instantly dropped to like 10% of its health from full. I was like oh wow yikes okay, so i walked back into my fort and the damage stayed! Super frustrating spending multiple turns trying to heal it back up just for it to go into battle with like 1k hp left. I have to hide the thing half the time, or just hope they don't shoot at it. Its great otherwise! I like its ability to spawn more snakes. Just wish the attrition wasn't like, multiplied for it and also immediately calculated as if I ended my turn there. None of my other mods do anything like this or would cause this, I don't think.

I've given the AI crazy priority for both the building and unit so if Tehen does take Fuming Serpent then they should by all means recruit him when able.

They're able to but the chances are slim. A certain faction has to take a certain settlement and then build a specific building so who knows what they'll do.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but why make it like the special giant cannon for Vampire Counts and more like a one-time-use-per-sacrifice army killer?

Works fine from what I can see. Usually some context would be nice when giving a bug report. What kind of mods are you using?

The ability is not working, I cannot spawn the jungle swarm. It says I need to target the ground...

The unit is unrelated to the sacrifices and pyramid. To see if it's working just check that he's there in custom battle or you can download Prop Joe's console commands mod to claim the settlement on turn 1 to see if it's there.

How do I know if it´s working? I start the campaign and the sacrifice pyramid looks the same, with the "greater invocation of sotek" (1000sacrifices required) at the top. I assume it isn´t working then, but I dont know if that ability still belongs there even with the mod.

I dont want to spend 40/50 turns chasing the capture of the Fuming Serpent just to notice there s nothing there, any tips to know if the mod is properly working at the begining? Thanks, cheers and great job!

After 80+ turns in, I amalgamated allies to declare war on the Last Defenders, who were in Lustria along with others from the Skaven War, to take the Fuming Serpent for that delicious Manifestation of Sotek. Everyone on Lustria hates me because I am attacking Tor Elasor, one of the HE colonies, who had allied with Kroq-gar and is similarly on Lustria. My allies left me, I have a struggling economy as I'm sustaining three armies along with a free-for-now 4th, and haven't done a single ritual. At least I can become friends with Malekeith since they love me for beating up Tor Elasor and I got the settlement. Yay.

Is anyone having issues trying to summon the jungle swarm from Sotek? Mine just bugs out and doesnt let me cast the spell
