For now, you can decide which direction your military will expand into, settle italian corporations to boost the economy of your newly acquired colony (italy WAY overspent of this historically, in 1937 even spending more on it than all of italy earned in that year, iirc). you can promote Idris Awate to general, who fought for IEA historically as an officer, both in ethiopia also as in WW2, and later on, after WW2, formed the eritrean independence movement and is still venered as a hero there.
You will be able to expand IEA's capacity enormously, getting a focus to urbanize aka to increase building slots via decisions.
