Thank you. I found it. Sucks Steam doesn't tell you you need the moves DLC to find it.

Move animation has been updated. The first few frames of the kick were originally the Fierce Low Kick, which had the leg twisted sideways. I've replaced these frames with the Soccer Kick animation instead. It looks a little smoother.

It should be in the Front Grapple Medium category, under Illegal moves.

Can't find it in the game.
