Unit has a faster move? I suppose you mean it moves further than the Chariot Archer's 4-move.

I assume he put archery because the bonus would only apply to the Archery Unit Class, not all ranged units which would include siege and some naval units.

Just because you're incapable of reading more than 3 lines of one section of a Wikipedia article does not mean that the Mitanni Kingdom (whose existance is verified by secondary accounts from neighbouring states. The Egyptians had an alliance against the Hittites with them FFS) was not a historical entity. Even though primary sources on Mitanni history have not been found, this does not mean that you can dismiss any other accounts of their history given by other states. Things can be evidenced from the affects that they have on other things in their presence. Until you can understand this basic premise of empiricism, please refrain from lecturing me on what is fact or fiction.

As I said before it's using the UA that Rob had in his Anno Domini version, which this mod is based on. It may not the most original UA but the AI has been using it extremely well in my experience.

It's using the same UA that Rob's version used in Anno Domini, on which this civ is based. However I'm happy to change it if there are any good suggestions.
