Removed his old gear to free up a few parts. I am going to move forward with mostly the most recent attires for my edits moving forward.

So, I was able to download the Goto Ni Shiki move. I was able to download it through the green plus on the Hirooki Goto Custom Move Collection, but the move page itself is still hidden.
