For whatever reason my game keeps on crashing when I go against a poison headcrab with the addon enabled. I tried literally everything I could besides un-installing the game. Anyone know how to fix this?

Honestly never finished a single Half Life game despite loving the series because of the aliens just triggering something in my arachnophobia. Poison headcrabs are the worst. It's mostly due to the way they move like spiders and their long legs but this mod might help a little bit.

Make a less scary posion headcrab replacement model for all of the headcrabs and turn them into something even less scarier than this. because i just cant stand the sight of headcrab legs or anything that resembles a headcrab at all. Please i beg you

This is a great idea. It's a bit like how in Obsidian's new game, they have an arachnophobia mode that replaces giant spiders with orange blobs. You should do this with all the headcrabs, and then make a Half Life 2 mod for it.

@zorich_michael I used substance painter to re-skin it but you can use like photoshop or gimp. Then you replace it in your addon folder. I actually am an admin for a modding discord server regarding hla with over 5,000+ members. I suggest joining for more help and stuff. https://discord.gg/sMaWZ6Y
