House With a Garden 3 is mostly known for it's recurring appearance in the since abandoned VenturianTale GMOD channel. Posted in 2014, this was many of the versions of this house to come as multiple different variations soon were posted by Orfkip, the creator.

if you have counter strike: source and the textures are still not there, then you need to mount the game. go to the menu on garry's mod and press the controller on the bottom right to mount it
