Garry's Mod is on the source engine of CSS but not on the gold source engine of CS 1.6, and CSGO is a different version of the engine again, so it's models/textures aren't necessarily usable in gmod.
Only Counter Strike Source is required.
I think you're thinking of the old gm_apartment map, not made by Havel The Helpful. It was made by Mr. Sunabouzu (Who is also the creater of GMOD Tower, Cinema and Elevator: Source). His gm_apartment was removed because it was broken beyond repair.
I'll just add a PlayerClip on it.
Dont know why it does that in Gmod, because in HL2, it's a solid prop, but in gmod it's non-solid.
