both assets have broken footprint making them overlap other buildings 1x2 should be 2x2 and 1x3 should be 2x3. solution use rico to make em not growable

When this is growing the scaffolding around it is way to big and overlaps with other buildings or even roads: https://i.imgur.com/rjNWYzy.png

This is very charming, it has that industrial part of town feel to it. This is how a lot of people build them. some parts brick some parts steel etc. Brick is a good insulation while steel sheet is easy to run wires through....

Because your assets look really nice it makes this worth saying .. Please state the in-game footprint and occupancy levels of your buildings in the description. As a player that is what I want to know before subscribing.
