If you used one block for two, then it will work for the owner who put it, so everyone should use their block to enable themselves to fly

A Friend Of Mine Were Playing Scrap mechanic together, And we Were Using This Mod.
That World Was Actually My Friend's, And It Seemed That Only He Could Fly, So If You Can Find Out Why This Is happening, That'd be A Great Help.
Or Mabye It is My Computer, I dunno, If This Has Happened To Anyone Else, Please Reply.
