Make a small spike hit box on hamburges becuase they do no knock back. if you do not there is really no point besides recoving and that means here is no point of airly hambugers

to make it "balanced" best to resprite him to be a proper sized character
other wise wont ever be balanced
either he will be too big and combo food and then underpowered
or jank hitboxes to make up he is big and then overpowered

This Ronald is actually well balanced (from my point of view. I'm no professional player). Even the meter is reasonable.

@Explodingcreeperdude: Instead of increasing cooldown, I've adjusted the damage so that hamburgers only deal 1% each :) .

notes that can make him a bit more balanced
remove one of his jumps.
more endlag on aerials i feel like i can spam nair too hard.
tilts seem a bit too fast
and remove his super alts it kinda ruins the point of a balanced ronald existing on the workshop.
