So here is what i do, I go to Liveries > Add new > Capture the wagon and then save > Upload to Steam workshop > And thats were I do a thumbnail, name it, do the description, and then upload it. thats how I do it Frank.

are you certain that you're saving them correctly?
or are you using the "spawn example livery" from the "add new livery" menu to add them to your map?

Oh no i mean how do you create them in-game.
Something must be going wrong when you set up the livery inside Rolling Line

I paint liveries on "Paint." When I finish the livery, I click "save as," and then I name them. But sometimes when I save as, and name them, sometimes this small box pops up in my screen that says, "Any Transparency will be lost if you save this picture. Do you want to continue? Ok or Cancel?" So I can't really tell if it saved ok. I'm kinda confused.

I created this livery on Jun 5 when you released the Livery Jam. But how do I fix it?

in fact all of your liveries have the same problem, empty names and IDs.
none of these will work for people downloaded them.

Please let me know ASAP what your process of making & uploading liveries is like, because something is clearly wrong

Looks like something went wrong with the data for this livery, i looked into it and this livery somehow has a blank name and ID (which is bizzare since i have no idea how the livery ID managed to be blank)

Did anything unusual happen when you created the livery? does it save OK locally on your end?
also when did you create the initial livery? was it before/after the fantasy livery jam announcement?
