"Download workshop content with SteamCMD" and try that
The file itself exists here on Steam, so its not really gone forever anyway.
Alterantively, you can try and see if this download works? I didn't try it but the file size seems reasonable. Let me know your findings
http://steamworkshop (dot) download/download/view/2119377535 -- Replace (dot) with an actual dot.
what i meant by moving it is to just adjust the arrow head to be in the middle as it's a little bit above the center as you know
The whole "point" of this mod is to show players who are using it, where exactly is the Retical to shoot enemies. Most players using the Single Piston have no clue where to shoot because it doesn't show properly on the vanilla texture.
The small dot is where to aim when you want to hit stuff, that is all what have been added/changed in this mod.
You are free to select any of them, but keep in mind that the manual link is gone and I no longer have the original files. Only way is to pray for the workshop subscription to work.
The file will be in same directory mentioned in the descriptions:
\Textures\KF_IJC_Summer_Weapons.utx
It might even replace the original file. I'm pretty sure somebody here still has the mod because it was well accepted here.
I usually do have problems with WS but will try anyways.
BTW, Do you know where it is usually downloaded in the game's folder?
Any "Mutator" can be found here: https://github.com/Bleeding-Action-Man
If you can't find it, it's better to try and make the workshop subscription work. Personally i never have issues with the workshop.
Subscribe, open the game, wait a bit, then open the game again. The file should be downloaded! Or simply try and ask someone else if they have it
Done! Please use the HUD Effects mutator, the default config will disable the SPThompson muzzle smoke now :)
