It's audio responsive because it reacts to audio, if you play a youtube song for example, it will respond to it.Turning the slider down to 0 stops it actually, you will notice it will stop responding to audio when you do so.

Why do you even call it audio responsive/customizable if you force your music with it. Also turning it down isnt the same as stopping it. It's same as muting the twitch tab but the stream and process goes on.
Bounds X 0.2 Y 1 is a basic bass reaction, the lower the Y the 'lower' notes it picks.
You will need to experiement a lot with bounds and the options you have, you can also try layers of the effect.
