Why are the HECU grunts still dropping their weapon when I do HL Source via GMod?

I already used this addon for the moment to prevent the lag, but the one problem is the joining team with rebel medic when the NPCs interested. The group rebel medics becomes normal group rebel, that means rebel medic cannot healed our alliance group when someone take damaged by combine soldier or enemies.

npc_combinegunship becomes a combine helicopter when a crash point is set. For example if you open ep1_c17_02a and kill the gunship you will see the bug in action.
