I've checked out some UK cities including Liverpool and I can agree with that. There are lots of industrial buildings there like old foundry buildings etc. Also, there are handsome looking Art Deco towers look like for ventilation for a tunnel crosses the river.

PA has some excellent early American architecture for sure. There is another large industrial complex outside of the city from where this building is/was. It seems to be converted to an outlet mall like this one was.
