An Armor regen minimum amount would be nice for if you wanted to have a negative regen rate

@Extem The Hedghog you'd have to decompile the mod and edit the source code, that's the starting point, as for decompiling mods well I can't even remember how to do it but our old friend Google might be able to help.

I wonder if there's a mod that makes armor act like health instead of absorbing part of the damage. If anyone knows of a mod like this please give me a link to it.

You'd use the "armorregen_maxarmor" command to set that value, so your armor will regen up to that amount.

I have a few questions: what is the defualt delay? what is the maximum set to by default? What is the speed of armor regeneration by default? How useful is it in PVP or campaign modes?
