The answer to your solution lies in the file size difference between the two VPKs in the workshop folder for this mod;

mo_monitors.vpk is listed as 32,770KB
MORE_MONITORS.vpk is listed as 65,538KB

Therefore, the all-caps titled file is the updated version.

I can confirm that this no longer works with the latest 1.5 beta update via the workshop but does with the custom folder method

@Admiral Sakai This downloads 2 VPK's when you subscribe, the original version before the June update is still included. I have just deleted it out of my folder but it may cause conflict with each other for those that are unaware

All this randomness feels like disconnection from the game events' connections and relations. Yes, the number of screens can be increased, but random? No. When they are random, this means you don't have an option to guess why this monitor shows this particular screen, what did the scientist worked on when he was at his computer?
