The only way I find this fair is, the sapper doing NO damage to the building until it's finished sapping, explodes everything around it doing the same amount of damage as maybe a rocket launcher or even grenade launcher, and longer time than a normal sapper to take down a building

This sounds like it would extremely frustrating to have to deal with as an engineer. I don't think Engineer needs to be more frustrating than his class already is.

I've had an idea for something like this, but instead of it exploding after being removed and doing about 50% damage when the timer was up, I thought of it destroying the building with an explosion after a set timer, and would do nothing if it was removed. I feel it should also sound and look quite different from the regular sapper, possibly including a beeping sound to warn nearby players to back away from the sapped building, otherwise people will be afraid to remove sappers from buildings if they can't tell the sappers apart.

When the timer is up explodes the (any engineer building), killing the engineer who build it if he is too close (Also killing the spy who placed it if he is too close as well)

How about it has a time limit of 10 seconds but it does not sap the sentry but does 30 dmg to it and can insta kill any blu or red team. The sapper does not do any dmg while its arming and you can hurt your self if your near the explosion radius

I agree with crafted pixel, but instead of can't be used if not disguised, it should be Minus (10-20) max health on wearer, making it a weapon most likely not to be used with the kunai!

i think it should have a set time before exploding and deal no direct sapper damage (with the explosion instant killing sentries).

Great concept, if it dealt damage without disabling the sentry that'd be a refreshing idea, how about it makes the sentry have a 30%-40%slower turn rate, and can be activated by allies shooting it. You plant the sapper on the sentry and it gives a nice damage boost to a soldier if he fires at the sentry.

A very clever weapon to be used by the spy; it gives the engineer a diffiuclt time to remove a deadly item like this. I think it should be added into the game, which will make good gameplay a challenge for the engineers.

Maybe it should have a slower sap rate and when it destroyed by the engie, it only damages the engie, but if sapped succesfully, then maybe splash damage to all who's around.

I prefer the timebomb concept. It takes 20% more time to destroy a building, but it does no damage over time. It simply blows up the building at a set time and does around 60 splash damage. So in effect, engineers will be scared to approach the sapper if they fear they are already too late.
