If you build more primary school and childcare, I think there are more young citizens. I find a lot of them in the metro station of my city :) @Stringer Bell

I have a ton of your citizens in my city, but (and this has nothing to do with you I am sure, it happens with other custom citizens in the same category too), my city doesn't seem to spawn a lot of young adults, so I'm still trying to spot some of your models that are young adult based. Wish me luck! hahaha
