Ok now it works, idk why it didn't update itself when you made this change but in the end it doesn't disable achievements anymore :)

@GodSlyferiux i just tested it and that bug doesn't happen. Try uninstalling the mod, open the game, then install it again

You cannot even decide to use an older version if you play with the actual Steam mod installed, it uploads itself whenever the author makes a change

are you sure you're using the latest version? i fixed that bug

You probably already know it but it disables achievements, as soon as I take it my run transformed into a secretless one
Would be cool for it to be fixed because, for the time being, I have to keep it disabled

This is an AWESOME mod but the sprite for the item (before you get it) doesnt look like a TBOI:R or any type of TBOI item so i would like the sprite to be changed, it isnt needed but it'd be really nice.

Thanks for the video. The bug is fixed now. It was caused by a line that worked fine in AB+, but apparently since REP it disables achievements. Because of this, tears won't glow in the dark anymore :(

Achievements get disabled immediately after taking this item. Achievements work normally with other mods.

I did not yet install it, but it seems a cool and good item over all. Its just that i expected such a mighty Lightning Strike to have a more Powerful Sound, it just sounds like its barely Zapping them like technology would and its kinda sad.

@Klingelingdong I already answered, its not a problem of my mod, keep in mind you can only get achievements with mods after you've beaten mom's foot at least once, if you did, there shouldn't be any problems.

Cool, but why does it disable acheivments when picked up (yes I've beaten mom without mods).?As opposed to most other mods which do not disable acheivments.

Mechanically I understand the difference but visually they look all the same, what if tech L replaced your tears completely? You could call it tech G (god)

@the7screw holy light activates randomly and this item is more designed for high HP enemies, because you need to hit the enemy several times to activate it. The objective is that it is really strong for high HP enemies but not so useful for low hp enemies so it is "balanced" on the usefulness (if it was random, it would be too strong). For example godhead, brimstone or holy light are strong in any situation, but with bosses is where Tech L really shines.
