It's inspired by cloud 9 and circling heart, which are old official effects that are clip-art-y. And it's about being lucky ( which many people consider you to be if you unbox an unusual ) or wanting good luck.

Sorry, but I think you need to study the game you make items for. TF2 isn't Roblox or Fortnite; if you're gonna make unusual effects, make them less gaudy and clip-art-y. Pick something that fits the game's style and don't just put something totally unrelated. St. Patrick's Day isn't an event in TF2, non of the character's are Irish, no maps have Irish inspiration, no (stereotypically) Irish cosmetics. Please make fitting unusual effects and not slop that's just: "lol XD funny 4 leaf clover because St. Patrick's Day lmao XD".

Simple pleasing nice colors, gets a plus in my book if it gets in tho imma need to collect this effect

Direct inspiration, completely different theme. Some of the old effects were variants of the same, or at least similar, base. I had a circling included too, but someone else apparently had made one before and it felt redundant, so we left it out.
