@charles-strong you should be able to open the .bin file with any unzipping program. or so I am led to believe. I haven't modded paradox games in years so I am not 100%. glad you like the mod, by the way!

I don't know if this is an appropriate place to ask, but how would I modify this mod? I'd like a different number, and I found its files, but I can't figure out how to open the .bin file.

It is when you join a huge war. And you took alot of land and your side won. if you took 10-15 provinces or something like that. You will be waiting for a long time.

This was the result of a request; I personally don't think that coring time is particularly egregious.

@Lord of Swadia: That's a subject for a totally different mod, but I think in defines.lua there's an option where you can decrease the mean time to seige until it's nearly instant.
