kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 3. okt. 2022 kl. 23:18
@Jack_Hazardous: No, but the updated version I link to three comments below is. I'll add it to the description.
Hazardous 3. okt. 2022 kl. 21:17
Is this mod still being updated?
UncleYar 8. juni 2022 kl. 9:06
Thank you.
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 8. juni 2022 kl. 0:11
@UncleYar: Up-to-date version is here
UncleYar 7. juni 2022 kl. 7:12
Customary question of whether this is updated for 3.4. Thanks!
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 5. maj 2021 kl. 2:51
@setarium: yes.
setarium 4. maj 2021 kl. 20:00
so if i disable primitive civ in the start setting, does this mod also disable pre-sapient spawns?
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 16. apr. 2021 kl. 21:25
Update for 3.0.1 here .
Autumn 15. apr. 2021 kl. 10:30
This mod seems to cause blank event spam in the latest update.
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 5. nov. 2020 kl. 1:33
This mod on its own doesn't produce presapients with DLC-exclusive portraits besides humanoids, plantoids, and lithoids, since I didn't want to give it extra DLC requirements and presapient portraits can't be DLC-locked except by locking the entire species class. But I've now created another mod, Premium Presapient Portraits , for if you want those too.
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 1. nov. 2020 kl. 1:30
@JenkoRun: 390 years is the *mean* time, but if there's enough presapients in the galaxy you should see some evolving within 100.
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 31. okt. 2020 kl. 16:00
Oops, meant 2 .8
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 31. okt. 2020 kl. 15:47
Now updated to 1.8. Also fixed some bugs and added extra content for if VB's Primitive Worlds is also installed.
JenkoRun 20. sep. 2020 kl. 22:41
1.000? Impressive!
Lost Storm 20. sep. 2020 kl. 17:11
My sessions last almost 1000 years.
I play for a roleplay sort of thing.
shame the game lags more and more the later it gets in the years.
JenkoRun 2. sep. 2020 kl. 6:41
I don't think I've heard of any games that last 400 years, I'd recommend reducing the time to 100 years.
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 30. maj 2020 kl. 23:48
Okay, the clothes bug should be fixed now. Also the humanoid presapients were previously invisible and aren't any more, and the mod no longer overwrites vanilla clothing selectors.
BingBadaCOOM 30. maj 2020 kl. 11:26
Clothes are missing for some humanoids with this enabled, can see in empire creator
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 28. maj 2020 kl. 15:41
@JenkoRun: Do you know if that was only for humans or if it might have been for other species as well? And was that for pops, or leaders, or portraits-associated-with-neither, or all three?
JenkoRun 28. maj 2020 kl. 8:23
Bug report, this mod causes Human clothing to vanish.
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 4. maj 2020 kl. 19:08
@nep nep: I think that's not quite right- the traditional classification is that the "stone age" was the first period of human prehistory, but is split into the "paleolithic", "mesolithic", and "neolithic" (greek for "old stony", "middle stony", and "new stony"), of which the neolithic was the most recent .

Splitting stone-aged Stellaris primitives into "paleolithic", "mesolithic" and "neolithic" could be good but wouldn't be my first priority when it comes to fleshing out Stellaris primitives.
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 4. maj 2020 kl. 19:07
@tilarium: yeah, I changed to that with my last update
Allein 4. maj 2020 kl. 5:56
shouldn't presapients evolving to sapients go into the Neolithic era and not the stone age? (Neolithic comes before stone age, and is a primitive civilization type)
tilarium 4. maj 2020 kl. 2:41
@Kuyan I understand your reasoning behind the non-humanoids and agree with it. Would be to odd to see "Human" looking pre-sapients. Might I suggests a middle ground and only use the Humanoid HP ones, which leaves out Humans, the big brained blue humans and elves.
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 3. maj 2020 kl. 20:24
But I'm using plantoids anyway so I guess I might as well also add humanoid presapients as a humanoids-DLC-only thing.
Tunch Khan 3. maj 2020 kl. 19:38
Gotcha thank you.
kuyan-judith  [ophavsmand] 3. maj 2020 kl. 18:02
@Tunch Khan: because it seemed like "Not-quite-sapient animals who look like huge-brained blue people", "Not-quite-sapient animals who look exactly like humans", and "not-quite sapient animals who look like elves" all seemed like they'd be weird and I was nervous about using DLC-locked stuff where I didn't have to, which would have left only two portraits.
Tunch Khan 3. maj 2020 kl. 12:47
why not humanoid portraits?
♤ |_Pandora_| ♤ 3. maj 2020 kl. 0:34
Good.
tilarium 2. maj 2020 kl. 2:47
Sounds pretty awesome, going to be adding this to my next game. It's funny because I was just wondering last night while playing if it was ever put in for pre-sapients to advance to the stone age and maybe beyond.
Marble 1. maj 2020 kl. 18:15
This is wonderful and pretty much exactly what I was thinking of, thank you so much!
