Not sure if I didn't get a memo or if this is some bug, but the custom Elite model within the Halo 3 animated addon (The one with that Halo: CE helmet) seems to have broken and is simply an error. Anyway this can be fixed soon or is it on my side?

It is, but its way too much work, simply use Valk's or Vuth's models instead, they support it.

Just a quick suggestion: Maybe you should update the description to say that multiplayer playermodels are fixed and it's only ragdolls now, since it still says that they're overall "broken atm." I just bring this up because I planned to wait to sub to this addon until they were fixed, and I didn't know that they were until I just looked through the comments.
