but theres also suggestion to that, add the bleeding sounds, like the sound included there on bleeding, wich is water drop sound

Cool, I will note that idea down. I could create a mod which focuses purely on bleeding. Like flashing your screen red. Or it fades to black as well etc,... With tons of customizations.
